Jack is a registered provisional psychologist who is passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults problem solve and meet their personal therapy goals. His experience working in High Schools and at Orygen Digital have helped him to learn how to create a relaxed environment where anyone can be themself and work towards therapeutic goals.

Jack uses several psychological techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance commitment therapy to identify areas in life which might not be working well and find ways to make life more manageable and joyful.

When working with families with a disability, Jack take on a ‘whole family’ approach where he doesn’t just work with and support the one family member, but instead try to work with the whole family. Caring for someone with a disability can be challenging, and so it is Jack’s goal to try and make sure everyone feels supported when things are hard.
