Nick is a provisional psychologist who is motivated to support his clients to achieve their goals by promoting capacity building and functional independence. Nick understands that seeing a psychologist can be a daunting and confronting experience, with this in mind he aims to create a welcoming, safe, and collaborative space, where clients may feel free to bring what they would like to sessions. Since graduating from Australian Catholic University (ACU), Nick implements an evidence-based approach to psychological supports, drawing from interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Prior to becoming a registered provisional psychologist, Nick committed his time to local community support. Previously, Nick had worked in roles surrounding homelessness support, at-risk adolescence and youth, addiction, and sports performance. Nick continues to use experiences in these disciplines to support his evidence-based approach to psychological support. Aiming to develop interventions that are positive and receptive by clients.
